Michael Breimann has been a senior trainer, consultant and coach at Stöger & Partner for many years. "By training" a computer scientist, he brings a wealth of practical experience to his training, consulting and coaching work for well-known national and international companies. He has worked in sales and marketing in leading positions for more than 20 years, 15 of which as a managing director and manager in international companies in the USA, France, UK and Israel.

One of Michael Breimann's core topics is Agile Transformation. The focus here is on accompanying companies towards agility, away from hierarchical structures towards agile organizational forms. Further focal points of his work are the topics of personal and corporate resilience. Linked to this are core questions such as how does a company become resilient and how can it deal with crises?
