Agile Moderation – Moderieren agiler Formate (tbd)

Agilität und agile Moderation heißt die Lösung zu effizienten, dynamischen und professionellen Meetings im Sinne des agilen Organisationskonzepts.

Denn mehr denn je geht es um Flexibilität unter Zeit- und Erfolgsdruck bei komplexen, meist interdisziplinären Fragestellungen. Nachhaltige und gangbare Lösungen können meist nur dann entstehen, wenn aus divergenten Perspektiven und Expertisen Ideen iterativ generiert, integriert und committet werden.

This know-how is indispensable for project managers, team moderators, Scrum masters and managers who moderate meetings and want to get an overview of methods and formats of agile moderation in the VUCA world in order to achieve constructive results.

Seminarinhalte:

Moderate a meeting/workshop:
Basics der Moderation: klassisch versus agil. Anforderung an die Rolle des Moderators in der VUKA-Welt. Agile Werte leben, vermitteln, commiten. Der agile Moderationsprozess mit Deming Cycle.

The goal-agile moderation - what is it?
Agile and yet goal-oriented. Working in iterations. Creating the agile atmosphere. Focusing and timeboxing.

Formats for the start-up atmosphere:
Hash tagging. Flash. Milling. Line-Up.

Formats for brainstorming:
Walt Disney, 635 and 1-2-4-All.

Formats for discussion and sharing:
Lean Coffee and Fishbowl. The large group format "World Cafe" in practice.

Formats for evaluation and decision:
Estimate Game, Poker and other Liberating Structures methods.

Formats to wrap up:
Mood barometer, debriefing and happiness board. Moderate sprint reviews and retros. Post Morten Moderation.

Seminar Methodology:

• Preread mit Vorbereitungsaufgabe für die Teilnehmer:innen
• Lernimpulse und Nuggets von der Trainerin
• Gruppenarbeiten
• Teilnehmermoderationen mit Feedback- und Feedbackforward
• Am 2. Tag werden die Teilnehmer:innen einen agilen Praxisfall moderieren. Zur Vorbereitung findet am 1. Tag nachmittags eine „agile Transfersprechstunde“ statt
• Lessons Learned und Debriefing, praktische Tipps und Empfehlungen
